Day 4 of the Personal Growth Challenge

Hey Strikers!

I'm a little late on writing today's challenge question, but here goes!

Day 4: April 11th
Question: Is my life unnecessarily stressful or filled with drama?

In all honesty, I find that sometimes I do have unnecessary stress because I have the tendency of overthinking everything. I have to actively tell myself that there are things that are out of my control. I get stressed if I don't work out often or even when there is a small disagreement.

I used to have a lot of drama in my life before pursuing this career that I am now a part of.
A while ago, I worked in a coffee shop that had a serious amount of drama and I always left my shift feeling exhausted. Ultimately, I quit and left of all the stress and drama within that job behind felt like freedom.

Life can be overwhelming and stressful in general.  You have a lot of factors to keep in mind, find what needs to be cut out of your life to make it slightly better.  We have to learn who and what we spend time in and what we can do to change it. Do whatever it takes to find a way to destress and avoid drama. Drama is something that doesn't do anything positive for you. It drags you down and ultimately drains you mentally and emotionally. Ultimately, it will hinder your productivity throughout the day.

At the end of the day, we have to keep ourselves and our best interests in mind. Do what makes you happy and don't let anyone or anything stop you!

What kind of drama or stress do you deal with?

Thanks again to all of you for joining me through this journey!
