Day 3 of the Personal Growth Challenge

Hey Strikers!

Okay so after this post, I'm all caught up!

Day 3: April 10th

Question: What goals can I set if I'm unhappy with the person that I currently am?

As I mentioned before in one of my earlier entries, I did these two lists where one was about all the bad habits I had and another with all the good habits I do want. I'm more of a visual person so having these lists really put things into perspective. Within those lists, I had goals like meditating daily, writing gratitude, COLD showers ( I hate the cold), taking vitamins (I forget everything).

All of these were chosen to challenge all the things I was unhappy with. I also recently posted a picture on my Instagram account of my fitness transformation over that last few years. I had a goal to lose weight and become stronger and I haven't fully reached my goal yet but the progress has been amazing.

Somewhat reaching my goals shows that I have the power to change what makes me unhappy. Setting small goals and then achieving them gives you this sense of achievement! Plan your days out, set daily goals, pick up bullet journaling, or maybe even meditate. Try something new instead of doing all the same things that make you unhappy! As always, I'd love to hear your answers to these questions.
