How do you manage stress?

Happy Sunday Strikers!

I hope you all are having a great day so far and looking forward to this week!
You'll have 2 blog entries today due to the personal growth challenge but this is a top that I think anyone and everyone can benefit from. Regardless of your career choice, this is something we all experience.
To be honest, I'm still learning how to manage my stress on a daily basis. It's still a working progress but I do want to share a few things I personally do and a few I've learned along the way.

10 Things to Manage Stress

1. Think positively and surround yourself with others who think the same.

2. Accept that you can't control every situation & learn to be flexible.

3. At the start of the day, write down your list of things to do, then set reasonable priorities.

4. Divide big tasks into smaller, more manageable ones.

5. Make time to relax. Listen to music, meditate, read, play with your pet. Just do whatever relaxes you.

6. Use setbacks and mistakes as opportunities to learn.

7. If possible, say "NO" to tasks that you know will stress you out.

8. Be ready to admit when you are wrong.

9. Of course, Sleep! Make sure you get enough sleep!

10. Try incorporating moderate exercise into each day to boost your energy levels and improve your mood.

I hope these have given you some insight. Try some out and let me know if it helped! I look forward to hearing about your progress! Or if you have any other advice, feel free to share!

Also, stay tuned, I record my podcast guest appearance this Tuesday, I'll let you all know when it's out for you to give it a listen! Thanks everyone for joining me!

With that said, I wish you all an amazing week!
