What is it like being an entrepreneur?

Happy Sunday Strikers! Today, I want to talk about something a little different.  I wanted to briefly talk about what it's like to be an entrepreneur. The word itself always gets different reactions and to be honest some even negative.      Being an entrepreneur means that you have to take risks, risks, and even more risks. It's about understanding that you have this yearning to something you're passionate about that you can't always get through schooling and obtaining a degree. It means your going to have to endure obstacles that if you would have just stayed inside the lines of society, you would not face. For example, struggling to first identify what you want to do and sometimes feeling like you're dreaming too big. You face adversity and ensure things like not being taken seriously because you're young, you're Latina and the concept of your business is out there but somehow many think its make-believe.        I can't tell y

What does having a social media presence even mean?

S ocial media presence means being active on social media channels. It matters when it comes to branding and building an audience.     This basically means to become relevant in the eyes of the public using the platforms created on the internet and where everyone currently has their attention available.     The world continues to evolve on a daily basis. Which means our technology will only become more advanced as well! Yes, postcards, pamphlets, flyers, and overall traditional marketing will continue to be around but it's no longer the focal point. I mean really, when was the last time you looked at a billboard and thought, "Oh gosh! I have to go there or call them now!"? Or the last time you even remember the product and offer on the billboard? The truth is that in today's age, people spend their time on their phones and yes, even while driving.    So, If the attention is already why not invest your time into showing who you are and what you do and off
