9 Tips for Self-motivation ✨

Hey Strikers! It’s been a minute since my last post, I’ve been consumed by finishing up the making and editing of all the videos to course we have coming out on June 30th!  So, save the date and Keep an eye out for when it’s released!   Now, let’s get to the topic of the day. I wanted to touch basis on one of the difficulties people endure on a daily basis and even more as an entrepreneur. Since beginning my entrepreneur adventure, I found myself on this journey of growth but it’s a one day at a time process. So, here are just a few things I do to motivate myself when I’m having a rather difficult day.  Procrastination & Mindset This is always the first step/ tip to keep in mind. When things aren’t going our way, we have the urge to not want to do it anymore and eventually get in our heads. We start belittling our goals and tearing apart what we are creating. The negativity gets on the driver's seat and takes over. This is the

10 ways to speed up your personal growth

Good Morning Strikers! It's a new week with so many amazing opportunities, let's get this week started with 10 ways you can speed up your personal growth and help you scale your entrepreneur journey as well. 1. Lessons of Failure I realize that this quick title sounds contradicting to success. However, what this means is, learn from failures as well. Success stories whether yours or someone else's can be inspiring but so are those of failures. It highlights how you can overcome or avoid that happening again. 2. Self-focus Focus on yourself rather than trying to do what everyone is doing. Sometimes being authentically you is the best thing you can do for yourself. Follow your own way of approaching things, you'll learn a lot about yourself, as will others.  3. Confidently You This is sometimes easier said than done. Believe me, I still struggle with this. Conduct yourself in a confident manner and show that can handle anything. I'm sure you'

5 Things to do for Mental Hygiene

Hey Strikers! Good morning, hope you're all having a great week so far. Today, I wanted to kind of touch base in the mind again. I, like everyone, have to continue to work on my mind constantly. Here are a few tips and tricks you can implement today and start as habits to help you keep your mind clean. I know it's easier said than done but the first step is giving it a try.  1. Embrace Your Flaws. Remember that you are a work in progress and there is always, always room for improvements. These flaws are a part of you and are only temporary as you continue to grow and make changes daily.  2. Acknowledge When You're Happy. Do yourself a favor and acknowledge when and WHY you're currently happy. Moments are just that. Moments. Take advantage of it and verbalize it in your head or write it down in positive wording. Sometimes knows the root of a feeling will help us learn what fills our hearts with joy. 3. Early Self-Visualization. This one is a f

Plan with me || June Setup Tutorial

Happy Monday Strikers! So today, my youtube bullet journal tutorial is live on my Youtube channel! I did a brief poll on my Instagram story about whether or not this should be my next video. A lot of you said yes and that was exciting. It did take me a little bit longer than expected. I actually recreated it two separate times but the first attempt was out of angle so you couldn't see the actual tutorial. After laughing at myself for my failed attempt, I re-recorded it and in the end, it was a total of 1.5 hours and I had to consolidate it as much as possible. Mind you, I'm still learning about iMovie and editing videos, doing voice-overs and what not. I was able to keep the video to a maximum of 30 mins and a lot, I mean A LOT of it was fast forwarded. I'm really enjoying the challenge of learning all of this being a new youtuber experience. So, check it out below and I'd love your feedback, would you like me to do more?  Don't forget to subscribe!

Find more like-minded people near you!

Happy Friday Strikers! Today's topic was a game changer for me when I moved into a whole new area and didn't really know anyone, other than family. LITERALLY.  Before I continue, let me just say that this is not sponsored in any way. I'm just wanting to share some really cool thingsI've learned along the way. This could be used for business and for non-business reasons.  Okay now let's get to the point. Meetup. It's an awesome app and after discovering it, it changed everything. The way this app works or the concept of it is to meet people. Sounds simple, right? Okay, so you want to start your own business or want to meet new potential prospects but don't know where to find people? Meet up asks you what you are interested in once you first create your account and again it doesn't have to be business, you could want to just want to be more in tune with your community.  After selecting your interests, it will generate certain groups

Never, Always

Good, Good Morning Strikers! Today, I want to talk to you about something that I and I'm sure some of you endure.  So as you can see I added a quote today, this quote spoke out to me in such a personal way. As a person and entrepreneur, I have had difficult days.  There are days where I wake up and I'm just not so sure of myself and then it leads to a lack of motivation. Being an entrepreneur reminds me a lot of being in college and how not having discipline always led to my motivation and creativity suffering because of it.  However, through my growth, I've learned that not feeling a hundred perfect about any emotion is being human. There are so many things we feel in a single moment and feelings change in a split second. This quote is very blunt and has a lot of truth to it because you will never ALWAYS be anything. We live in constant change and you won't even be in the same place a year from today.  Discipline is something that I am still working on t
