10 ways to speed up your personal growth

Good Morning Strikers!

It's a new week with so many amazing opportunities, let's get this week started with 10 ways you can speed up your personal growth and help you scale your entrepreneur journey as well.

1. Lessons of Failure

I realize that this quick title sounds contradicting to success. However, what this means is, learn from failures as well. Success stories whether yours or someone else's can be inspiring but so are those of failures. It highlights how you can overcome or avoid that happening again.

2. Self-focus

Focus on yourself rather than trying to do what everyone is doing. Sometimes being authentically you is the best thing you can do for yourself. Follow your own way of approaching things, you'll learn a lot about yourself, as will others.

3. Confidently You

This is sometimes easier said than done. Believe me, I still struggle with this. Conduct yourself in a confident manner and show that can handle anything. I'm sure you've heard the saying "Fake it till you make it." In this context, I definitely stand by this for sure.

4.Vision

Here's the thing, if you have a vision, dream, goal, etc; follow it.
It doesn't matter what others think. It doesn't matter if it's a challenging road, just keep going and success will follow.

5. Listen

Be a better listener and meet new people. This is pretty direct. Being a good listener will only help you improve your communication skills.

6.Curiosity

Question everything that makes you curious. The more questions you have, the more initiative you'll take to learn about it.

7.Share

Share what you learn. So many people would love to know what you know. You never know the impact you could make to someone's life with the knowledge you provide.

8. Self-Love

Care and love yourself enough to consistently stay healthy. Workout, meditate, eat, do whatever it takes to make you happy.

9. On Time

Be on time to your office whether it's your job or you're an entrepreneur. Be on time to be in the know, to take action and get things done.

10. Limits

When at work, focus on tasks and limit the usage of your phone. I would say don't use it at all but I use it to listen to podcasts, the news, and non-verbal music to help me concentrate.

Bonus Tip

11. Set-up

Set up your computer to have all the apps from your phone used from work. Set up your calendar and a task list to set the day in motion.
