I've decided to QUIT my business.

Hey Strikers!

As a few of you know if you've read all of my posts,
I was mainly focusing on a business that I started about a year and a half ago with my significant other, Michael. We were on this mission or journey of becoming financially stable and overcoming the paycheck to paycheck struggle. We were in our early 20's struggling to pay rent, buy a decent car, had jobs that made us realize how replaceable we were and had just gone through 2 miscarriages. We learned about social media marketing and how to start the business. we learned and failed so many times, moved from Texas to South Carolina and established ourselves pretty well. It's been a very interesting journey so far, we've grown as a couple, our mentality has flourished and entrepreneurship has definitely put us through the wringer for sure. I believe that we have learned a lot about ourselves as individuals and as a team, learned to start and run a business but the biggest lesson of all was that the passion, the drive to continue was not there. I believe that we have matured into independent adults and have re-discovered for him and discovered for myself what we are really passionate about. It's fitness and the growing aspect of it all, Fitness teaches you a lot of lessons that can later be applied to your day to day life. As a result of that, we want to pursue the fitness industry, therefore closing the chapter of social media marketing. However, that doesn't mean that what we have learned won't be a part of our journey, Social media marketing will still be in our next venture except it will be for us instead of us focusing on helping other companies. We are still young and have things we have on our bucket list to accomplish, I'm ready to put my next step forward into what the future holds. This blog will still be active and though I'm debating on changing the name, I kind of life calling you all strikers. This was part of my first business journey and I'd love to keep it into my next. With that being said, keep up on my podcast, youtube channel, and blogs to follow me into my adventures. thanks again for joining me through it all.
